Collection, use and rights

Reading the site: our hosting keeps routine, short-lived technical logs — IP address, pages requested, timestamps — for security and capacity. No advertising trackers, no visitor profiles.

Contacting us: we see the number you contact us from and whatever you choose to tell us, and we use it to answer you. We never sell, rent or trade contact details.

What we never ask for: account passwords, one-time codes or payment card details.

Your rights: UK data-protection law gives you access, correction and erasure rights over anything we hold. Ask through either contact channel.

Third parties: WhatsApp messages travel under Meta's own terms, and our fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees standard technical request data. Nothing further is shared, and this site carries no images or third-party media.

If you'd rather ask a person

We are independent: nothing for sale, no access to your account, and we will never ask you for a security code. We will read an offer with you, explain a clause, or talk a switch through.
